This raw almond puree is a real all-rounder in the healthy kitchen. The well-known raw chef Urs Hochstrasser led to the raw food almond puree as an alternative to dairy products (milkshakes, cream, walnuts drinks, etc.) and eggs (sauces, creams, etc.) and spreads and desserts (for example with Carobpulver).

So that the nutrients of the almond are largely preserved, the almonds are carefully harvested and skinned. The processing takes place exclusively in accordance with the temperature of the raw food. Of course, no additives or preservatives are added. You enjoy pure, healthy and delicious creamy organic almond puree.

This raw almond paste is rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E and phosphorus and contains iron. It is also a good source of niacin, vitamin B2 and vitamin B1.
